Location: Camp Olmsted, Goshen Scout Reservation, Virginia

Dates: Week 4: 14 July – 20 July 2024

COST:

Scout ($475 Early Bird (Before 4/12/24); $505 Normal (After 4/12); $25 Late Fee

Adult ($230 Early Bird, $270 After 4/12)

2 Free Adults – Funds saved by Troop will go towards Trailer Gas or other Supplies

REGISTRATION PROCESS (Register and Payment To Troop; Mr. Brown will make payments and setup registration with Camp Olmsted)

1.  Review Leaders Guide, Program Options and Decide if you are interested in Summer Camp

2.  Adult POC Completes Online Form:

3.  Submit Payment to Troop: Check or Scout Account Preferred or through Online System (Credit Card Fees Apply)

 

4.  Following Your Registration Through the Troop Site, your spot will be reserved with a deposit for camp.  Full payment will not be made until required for Program Signups.

Notes:

– NCAC Camperships are available; contact Mr. Brown if interested in applying.

– Families will be able to signup for Merit Badge and High Adventure Programs in the Spring.

– Other camp forms (On Website) will be collected in April-May Timeframe.

– Plan ahead for Medical Form C completion (requires annual physical within past year).
